Ich bin letztens auf ein für einige von euch sicher interessantes Plugin gestoßen. Das Redirection Plugin von John Godley kann ohne großen Aufwand Weiterleitungen in WordPress anlegen.
Gelöscht Seiten können damit auf eine neue Seite geleitet werden und auch bei einer Änderung der Permlink Stuktur übernimmt das Plugin die Weiterleitung der alten Artikel auf die neue Struktur. Und man kann damit auch natürlich Werbelinks einfach tarnen.
Hier mal die Features in einer Übersicht:
- 404 error monitoring – captures a log of 404 errors and allows you to easily map these to 301 redirects
- RSS feed for 404 errors
- Custom ‘pass-through’ redirections allowing you to pass a URL through to another page, file, or website.
